Nora was the beloved wife of the late Haakon Sulen; loving mother of Ranveig “Ronnie” (late Ronald) Mayer; devoted grandmother of Brian Mayer and Michael (Kelly) Mayer; caring great grandmother of Isaac Mayer, Elliot Mayer and Miles Mayer.
She was an avid golfer and bowler and enjoyed traveling. She was known for her infectious laugh and compassionate heart. Nora worked at Rolling Meadows High School for over 25 years.
