Orientine was an avid reader who found steady joy in fiction and romance stories—an interest that reflected her gentle spirit and the quiet care with which she moved through the world. She was also someone who valued time shared, and she especially loved traveling with her sister and mom; Cancun was among their favorite places to visit. In these simple, meaningful pleasures, her considerate nature and warm presence were felt most clearly.
Orientine was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Grow; her mother, Lily Aywaz; and her father, Joseph Aywaz.
She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Grow; her sister, Eglantine (Tina) Kreutner; her brother, Franklin Aywaz.
