Patrice M. Johannes was born on January 25, 1945, in Highland Park, Illinois to Raymond and Marguerite (nee Steffen) Sheahen. She died Friday, April 16, 2021, at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa, WI.

Ms. Johannes was a career educator and was the Principal of Buffalo Grove High School at the time she retired in 2008. Formerly she was the Principal at St. Viator High School in Arlington Heights, Assistant Principal of Rosati-Kain High School in St. Louis, MO, a counselor at Edwardsville High School in Edwardsville, IL, and was a teacher at St. Paul High School, Highland, IL. Patrice was a member of the Rotary of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Patrice is survived by her children, Donald (Holly) Johannes, Jr., Peggy (Matt) Jacober, Andrew (Michele) Johannes; her grandchildren, Jenna, Kaitlin, Jake, Colin, Liam, Dylan, and Mark; her sisters, Virginia Quillinan, Mary Murray, Barbara Spitzer, and Anita Page.

She was preceded in death by Daughter, Lisa Marie Burnett.

Visitation from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Thursday, April 29, 2021, at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Prayers 9:00 am, Friday, April 30, 2021, at the Funeral Home, proceeding to St. Mary Parish, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove, Illinois for Mass at 10:00 am with limited attendance. A private burial following at St. Mary Cemetery, Lake Forest, Illinois.
