Patricia Ann Graff was born March 29, 1957 in Chicago to James and Ruth (nee Berg) Talacek. She died December 13, 2020 at her home in Arlington Heights.
Pat enjoyed cooking, doing puzzles, and maintaining her home and yard. She loved her family and friends deeply.
Patricia is survived by her husband Joel M Graff; her children Justin Michael (Anna) Graff and Joshua James (Karsen) Graff; her grandson James Marshall Graff and by her brother James (Joan) Talacek.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
