Patricia M. Kelly was born March 15, 1923 in Chicago to John and Esther (nee Olson) Kelly. She died March 29, 2021 at her home in Arlington Heights.

Pat was a 43 year employee of The First National Bank of Chicago. Hired just before World War II in 1941and retired as a Staff Officer in 1985. Served a term on the Board of Directors at the American Institute of Banking. Pat chaired the AIB Women’s Committee in 1963 when the committee arranged a three-week tour of Europe for 124 banking employees. She served as Treasurer for the St. James Women’s Club. Pat also served as President and Treasurer of St. James Women’s Golf League, she golfed in the league until she was 88 years old. She was a member of the St. James Care Ministry. The family is truly grateful for the care and compassion of Pat’s Care giving team from For Papa’s Sake and from her hospice nurse Alexsandra.

Patricia is survived by her niece Patricia (Charles) Gibson; her nephew Tom Stepnowski; her grand niece and nephew Madison Stepnowski and Sean Stepnowski and by her dear friend Bonnie Gekler, Christine Kotarba and Marilyn Ratkowski.

She is preceded in death by her sister Dolores (late Raymond) Stepnowski; her dear friend Jeanene Tarbox; and by her parents.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 8, 2021 at St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, from 11:00 AM until the time of Mass at 12:00 PM. Enter from covered doors from south parking area. Seating capacity limited to 160 guests, face masks and social distancing required.
