Patricia L. Laman

Patricia L. Laman (née Meyers) of Luther Village in Arlington Heights, (formerly of Morton

Grove), passed away on January 19th, 2024. She was born in Sheridan, Illinois on June 8, 1930, to Giles and Genevieve Meyers.

Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Laman.

Pat will be greatly missed by many including her children, Tom Laman, Patti Lawler (Jeff) & Peggy Morgan (George) and her 10 grandchildren: Maggie Johnston (Zach), Bobby Laman (Beth Anne), Brett Laman, Tom Lawler (Erin), Kevin Lawler (Kelly), Ryan Lawler (Bridget), Megan Lawler, Dan Morgan (Dana), Colleen Jerger (Zach), and Erin Justus (Cole); and her 14 great grandchildren, Bennett, Molly, Tessa, Louisa, Jack, Hudson, Avery, Finley, Colin, Riley, Emma, Jack, Maeve and Max.

Pat is survived by her brother, Gerald Meyers, and preceded in death by: Leo Meyers (Bridie), Marianne Pennell, (Robert), Jeanne Quist (Jack), Rita Broderick, and Geraldine Meyers, Jack Laman (Pat) and Dick Laman (Louise). Loved by many nieces and nephews.

Pat was an active member of the Morton Grove Woman’s Club for many years and a member of the St. Alphonsus Senior Club. She was a long-time employee of Lutheran General Hospital.

A visitation will take place at 9:00am until time of the Funeral Mass at 10:00am on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd. Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment Maryhill Cemetery, Niles, Illinois.
