Patrick Connor Reilly was born July 9, 1992 in Mission Viejo, CA to Sean and Patricia (nee Molitor) Reilly. He died suddenly July 21, 2017 in Arlington Heights. He attended Our Lady of Wayside School, St. Viator High School and Harper College.

Patrick enjoyed dirt bike trail riding, playing golf and Frisbee golf, listening to music and chilling with his friends.

He was sensitive, compassionate and kind to everyone he met. His hugs and infectious smile will be greatly missed by everyone. Our hearts are pierced by our loss.

Patrick is survived by his parents Sean and Patricia; his two sisters, Kaitlin and Lizzy; his paternal grandparents, John and Mary Reilly, and maternal grandfather, Charles Molitor and his wife Carole; his many aunts and uncles, and his many close friends.

Patrick is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Anna Marie (nee Doogan) Molitor, his uncle Peter Molitor and many extended family members who welcomed Patrick into God’s embrace.

Visitation Monday, July 24, 2017 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Prayers Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 10:15 AM at Glueckert Funeral Home to Our Lady of the Wayside Catholic Church, 440 S. Mitchell Ave., Arlington Heights, for Mass at 11:00. Interment will be at All Saints Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to: American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
