Patrick A. Tortorello

Patrick Tortorello was born on May 9, 1925 in Chicago, Illinois to Rocco and Angeline (nee Picerno) Tortorello. He died Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Before retiring Patrick was a special delivery carrier for the US Postal Service. Well loved and respected by his family, friends, and neighbors, he will be universally remembered as everybody's "Uncle Pat”. Patrick was a long-time member of St. James Catholic Church.

Patrick is survived by his nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Marie, Peter, Joseph, Irene, Salvatore and Rocco Tortorello.

Visitation from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Prayers 9:15 am, Monday, April 19, 2021 at the Funeral Home, proceeding to St. James Catholic Church, 831 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, Illinois for Mass at 10:00 am. Entombment at Queen of Heaven, Christ the King Mausoleum, Hillside, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers, Masses are appreciated.
