Richard E. Erber Of Mundelein, formerly of Arlington HeightsRichard E. Erber was born on July 19, 1941 in Evanston to Edwin and Frieda (nee Kloske) Erber. He died Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Lake Forest Hospital.Richard retired from Old Dominion Freight Lines in Des Plaines. He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Arlington Heights, and also a member of Automotive Transportation Services Association. Richard loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and was loved by all. Richard is survived by his spouse of 48 years, Donna (nee Shewan), whom he married May 20, 1967 in Lindenhurst; daughters, Kimberly (Sean) Burke and Kristen (Marc) Marseo; grandchildren, Jenelle Frevert, Michael Marseo, Scott Frevert, Jacob Marseo, Tadgh Burke and Brendan Burke; brother, Kenneth (Linda) Shewan; sister-in-law Patricia Erber; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Carl Erber; and mother-in-law, Edith Erber.
