She died Monday, August 15, 2016 at Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights.Rita and William raised their family of four in the South Shore Community of Chicago and then moved to Darien Illinois, where they were active members of Union Church in Hinsdale. Rita also enjoyed playing Bridge and spending time with her family.Rita is survived by her children, Georgia (Adrian Lanoue) Baldwin, William Lyell (Alverna) Chandler, III, Rita Virginia (the late Roger) Messer, Richard Dean (Tanya) Chandler; her grandchildren, Terri Lynn Flanigan, Patti Baldwin, William Edward Baldwin, III, William Lyell (Lori Lynn) Chandler, IV, Laura Marie (Elliott) Baretz, Scott Albert (Jennifer Lynn) Chandler, Jennifer (Paul) Goldsmith, Joanna (Steve) Pike, Richard Dean Chandler, Jr.. Kristy (Edward) Bushaw, Samantha (Will) Oven: 27 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her husband William Lyell Chandler, Jr., her 5 siblings and her parents.Visitation" from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Sunday, August 21, 2016 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N.
