Rita M. Mueller (nee Sinnott), 88, of Mt. Prospect, passed away Monday, January 30, 2012. She was born September 13, 1923 in Chicago and raised there also. She worked at School District 59 in Elk Grove Township and then retired from Illinois Bell/AT&T in 1984. She is survived by her daughter Mary Anne; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene. Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Visitation Friday from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass 10:00 a.m. at St. Cecilia Church, 700 S. Meier Rd., Mt. Prospect, IL 60056. Interment All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Vincent DePaul Society c/o St. Cecilia Church or a charity of your choice.
