Sad to hear of Russ' passing and my condolences to Vicki and the rest of his family. I bowled with Russ for about twenty years at Thunderbird, including too many ABC trips. Can't count how many laughs were had along the way under his friendship. I'm including links to the '88 & '91 Sandbag Tournaments which Russ was featured prominently in (and he won the '88 tourney). Uncle Russell is a big part of my childhood memories, especially in Pacific Beach where he and Dad would trick us into believing Uncle Russell was my Dad. Wish I had gotten to Chicago to see you in February like we had talked about! I'm so sad that you are gone now, say...

I was so saddened to hear the news of Russ passing away. He was a great guy!! Always made me laugh. I remember him slow dancing with Jim Drag at my wedding in 1992!! Always the life of the party!! You will never be forgotten. Rest in peace my friend.

Russell, it's hard to believe you have gone...you were so full of life every time I saw you--quick with a joke, looking sharp and loving people and good times! You will never be forgotten and will be greatly missed by us Bob and I. We will always remember the fun we had together.

I worked with Russ for about 20 years at UPS. Russ was the go to guy to get things done. He knew everyone at CACH and everyone loved Russ. He was the Mayor of CACH, he got things done that nobody else could; with a smile on his face leaving you smiling too. Since his retirement it's been proved he was irreplaceable, nobody can take his place, he was truly one of a kind. My condolences to Russell's family and friends, God bless.

So many great memories. All the fun we had on our Cruises! Our fun vacation to Disney World where 4 adults were needed to keep track of one very energetic 6 year old (Ryan)! Lots of great parties & family outings! These occasions just won't be the same without fun loving Russ! He will be missed tremendously!
