Of Palatine, Illinois
Sandra Kay McCall passed away on May 14th, 2023 in Schaumburg, Illinois. She was born in Holland, Michigan on May 2nd, 1937 to George and Vera Essenburgh.
Sandy McCall, who was known as Lovey Dove by her beloved grandchildren, was a woman full of life and passion. She loved her family, her friends, her church, and most of all her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was a giver to the highest degree. Sharing all she had with anyone in need. Sandy was a firm believer in the power of prayer. Praying with others and for others was second nature to her. She had the gift of hospitality. Her home was always warm and welcoming. Plus, she was a great cook. She loved the word of God and studied it most of her life. God’s word was the driving force in her life, knowing that she was a sinner saved by grace. On Mother’s Day Mom passed from this world and its sufferings into the presence of Jesus. We can almost hear, “Well done, Sandy, my good and faithful servant.”
