Sharon Moffat

of Arlington Heights 

Sharon Moffat was born on September 18, 1950 in Waterloo, Iowa to Orville and Mary (nee Schares) Frost. She died Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Northwest Community Hospital - JourneyCare Hospice in Arlington Heights. 

Sharon was the founder of The American Liver Foundation Chicago Chapter, and worked as a fundraiser for Christian Heritage Academy for 10 years.  She was a loving mother and grandmother. 

Sharon is survived by her children Michael (Julie) Moffat and Maggie (Colm Buckley) Moffat, granddaughters Micah & Jennifer Moffat, siblings Sandi (John) Dvorak, Dan (Ann) Frost and Douglas (Pamela) Frost. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Darrell Frost. 

Visitation Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 1:00 pm until time of Funeral Service at 2:00pm at Living Hope Bible Church, 6N171 Gary Ave., Roselle, IL 60172.  Interment will take place on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Waterloo, Iowa.
