Sharon is survived by her son, Drew Whitaker; grandson, Drake Whitaker; step-children, Danny Steinberg and Tanya Steinberg; brother, Edward Holic; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by his first husband, William Dennis Whitaker; and her second husband, Allen Steinberg; her parents, Edward and Francis Holic; brother, Mark Holic.
Visitation will take place on Friday, August 28, 2026 at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 beginning at 9:00 AM until time of service, which will begin at 11:00 AM also at Glueckert Funeral Home. Interment will take place immediately after at Dundee Township East. A luncheon will follow the interment.
