Stella K. Brice

of Mt. Prospect (formerly of Edison Park)

Stella K. Brice was born on June 10, 1922, in Chicago to Lawrence and Catherine (nee Cunningham) Koenig. She died Wednesday, May 20, 2020.

Stelle is survived by: her children John (Sheila), Michael, Peter, Paul (Ann), William, Jr., Mark (Pat Purcell) and James (Laura); grandchildren, Meredith (Ken) Knopp, David (Susan) Brice, Jonathan (Amy) Brice, Martha Brice, Catherine (Edward) Bjes, Christine (Drew) Brice-Nelson, Andrew (Nicole) Brice, Jaqueline McCarty, Timothy McCarty, Meredith Brice, Jennifer Brice and Patrick (Jessica) Brice; eight great-grandchildren; and 29 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William; her parents; and siblings Laurene (Jay) Conner, Geraldine (Arthur) Wise, Mildred (Robert) Hofherr, Joan (Thomas) Sweenie, Robert (Kay) Koenig and Miriam (Thomas) Miller.

The family is very grateful for the love and care she received during her years at Addolorata Villa.

Service and Interment will be private. A Celebration of Her Life will be held at a later date. Those wishing to support Stella's family can do so by attending her funeral remotely on Monday, June 1, 2020, at 12:00 pm.
