Steven Walczynski

Steven Walczynski was born January 14, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois to Stephen and Caroline Walczynski. He passed away February 4, 2024 in Arlington Heights, Illinois.

Steven is survived by his children Timothy (Cristina), Chris (Kim), Jeff (Suzanne), Jonathan (Katherine) and Michael; his grandchildren Crystal (Eric), Travis, Kendall (Connor), Cecilia, Joanne, Zachary (Emily), Laura, Kristin, Sara, Olivia, Fiona; his great grandchildren Riley, Brody and Eva, and his sister Dolores.

He is preceded in death by his wife Joanne Walczynski, his parents, and his siblings Eugene, Frances, Lillian and Carol.

A visitation will take place Thursday, February 8, 2024 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004. Prayers will start at 9:15 AM at the funeral home on Friday, February 9, 2024 proceeding to St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 E. Anderson Dr. Palatine, IL 60074 for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Des Plaines, Illinois.
