Susan Junor Ruggles was born on August 3, 1948 in Rockford, Illinois to William and Dorothy (nee Johnson) Junor. She died Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois.

Mrs. Ruggles worked as a Teacher for nine years in Illinois before embarking in a career in office management and motherhood.

Her interests and hobbies were diverse and always changing, focusing on anything involving her children and family.

Susan is survived by her spouse of almost 40 years Dennis Ruggles; her daughters Kim Marzette (Daniel III) Pitsko and Christine Junor Ruggles; her grandson Danny Andrew Pitsko, IV; her sister Joanne (David) Foster; she is also survived by her nieces Erica Carlson, Amy Adams and Jane Foster.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation Friday, August 13, 2021 from 2:00 pm until time of the Funeral Service at 6:00 pm at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights, IL 60004. Interment will take place privately.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to American Cancer Research Institute, 1560 Wilson Blvd., Suite 1000, Arlington, VA 22209.
