Thomas Blake Adamowski, 34 of Rolling Meadows was born June 6, 1986 in Chicago and passed away suddenly January 26, 2021. Tom was the devoted husband of Elizabeth “Beth” Adamowski; loving father of Owen Blake Adamowski; cherished son of Linda and the late Stephen Adamowski; dear brother of Stephen (Rebecca) Adamowski; adored uncle of Nicholas and Jacob and fond son-in-law of John and the late Gerry Sindut. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Christ Church of Oakbrook, 501 Oak Brook Road, Oakbrook, IL 60523. Because of the potential amount of people that may be coming to the Memorial Service and the limited seating at Christ Church, we are going to implement a pre-registration which will be extremely helpful in speeding up the process the morning of the service.
