Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Interment is private. Born July 27, 1962, in Chicago, he died April 17, 2011, at his residence in Glenview. Thomas was the loving father of Nicholas Dykstra; devoted son of Robert and Renate (nee Borchert) Dykstra; dear brother of Gabriele Walerow and Linda (Dale) Campbell; and fond uncle of Jamie (Chris), Kristy, Alex, Katarina and Cooper.
