He passed away May 26, 2015 at Journey Care Hospice in Lake Zurich.Thomas enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, he will be deeply missed.Tom is survived by his wife Nancy (nee Eisenberg) Harner; his children Kevin, Greg and Sarah and by his sister Linda (Frank) Horvath.He is preceded in death by his nephew Richard Rozek and by his parents.Memorial visitation Monday, June 1, 2015 from 5:00 PM until the time of memorial service at 5:30 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N.
