Timothy AndersonOf Arlington Heights Long-time Arlington Heights resident Timothy Anderson passed away on Monday, February 8, 2016." Born in 1978, Tim lived in the community and attended Buffalo Grove High School, graduating in 1996." Tim continued his education at Augustana College in Rock Island, obtaining a degree in Finance in 2000. He later earned an MBA from DePaul University"s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.Following graduation from Augustana, Tim accepted a job with Northern Trust where he worked for 16 years, rising to the position of Vice President in the Institutional Investment Group. Tim had a wonderful career at Northern Trust and was successful in winning and nurturing many Fortune 500 companies for his employer.Tim was a devoted Chicago sports fan and closely followed the White Sox, Bulls, Blackhawks, and Bears." He was known for his easy, warm and outgoing personality. He was a dedicated, loving husband and father who enjoyed spending time with his family. Tim was a loyal man and had many lifelong friends because of this quality.He is survived by his wife, Cathrall, and his two sons, William and Thomas; his mother and father, Mary Kay and Bill Anderson; his two sisters, Kathleen Anderson and Stacey Strojny, her husband Dan; and his paternal grandfather, Ron Anderson.Services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, February 15, at St James Church, 831 North Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Friends may pay their respects at the Glueckert Funeral Home, 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Sunday, February 14, 2016.Contributions in memory of Tim may be made to a memorial fund for William and Thomas Anderson.
