Veronica G. Foloky (nee Gragido), 82, was born in Chicago, Illinois and died Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Veronica is survived by her loving children Terese M. (Robert Zembraski, Jr.) Foloky, Lynn M. (Patrick) Smith, Jeanne F. (Thomas) LaBee and James C. (Cathy) Foloky; her dear grandchildren and great grandchildren; fond brother of William (Mary Alice) Gragido and brother-in-law Chester Stanger, and aunt of many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her sister, Georgann Stanger and nephew Robert Stanger.

Visitation Monday, August 10, 2020 from 9:30 am until the time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 am at St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church, (with capacity limits, PPE requirements and social distancing in effect) 411 N. Wheeling Road, Prospect Heights, Illinois. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.
