He passed away on Friday, January 9, 2015 in Chicago.Mr. Michelsen worked as a Lawyer for Chicago Title and Trust. He was a member of Masonic Advance Lodge #1039 of Glenview. Past Master 32 Degree Mason. He taught at Oakton Community College and worked at ETC.Wayne is survived by his children, Wayne R. Michelsen, Jr., John J. Michelsen Sr., Anne B. Huffman, Maria D. (Dennis) O'Connor, Carol L. (William) Bucsa, Mark E. (Carrie) Michelsen and Scott A. (Patricia) Michelsen; his 12 grandchildren; and his four great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his wives, Dolores C. Michelsen (nee Salemi) and Theresa "Terry" Michelsen (nee Frangiamore).Visitation Monday, January 12, 2015 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights from 3:00 pm until the time of services at 8:00 pm.
