In 2017, Billy Max worked with Texas Tech University to create a scholarship endowment for veterans majoring in Political Science. One of his life goals was to help others obtain a college degree. Due to unforeseen circumstances and health issues, he had to pause his donations. Let’s help him pay it forward and see his dream come true.
