Cathy Lynn Farrar

Cathy grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin and was a 1967 graduate of South High School, and later attended University of Wisconsin – Madison. During high school, Cathy was a champion diver and tennis player, and captain of the debate team. After moving to Texas, Cathy became a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Arlington. She had a heart of gold and loved helping others. In her spare time, she was an avid reader, loved spending time with her family, and had a great sense of humor. She also enjoyed cooking, and baking.

Cathy is survived by her daughter Colleen Murphy and husband Kevin; son Sean Garrett and wife Kim; grandchildren Creighton Peltier, Bryson Peltier, and Cole Garrett; sister Kimberly Stephan and husband Norman; and niece Krista Butterbach; great niece Ava Butterbach; and nephew Eric Butterbach and wife Rachel. Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, biological father James Zeman, and sister Julie Farrar.
