He was born on July 14, 1975, in Dallas, Texas, to Clement Cassell and Sandra Kaye Haskins Thomas. He accepted Christ in his life at an early age.
Christopher was a loving husband to Christina for 23 years. They made a home with each other in Arlington. They shared a deep connection and a beautiful love that only grew stronger as the years passed. If you were ever around them, you could feel their love and respect for each other.
Christopher enjoyed life to the fullest and valued his time with friends and family. He had an affinity for good music, which included a love for the raw, electrifying energy of Jimi Hendrix and the band Metallica. Christopher also had a special interest in fast cars. He loved the thrill of speed on the open road and would often spend time customizing his personal vehicle. He was a longtime member of the DFWLX Modern Mopar Car Club. He could also be found frequently playing video games online with his youngest nephews, Ayrrenton and Drayton.
He was a man of great character, always laughing, joking or just being his most sarcastic self! He acted as the defender to his wife Christina, the guardian to his mother Sandra and the protector to his two sisters, Sonja and Dara.
Christopher will be missed beyond words. He leaves a legacy of family to continue his memory. He is survived by his wife Christina Cassell of Arlington, TX. His mother Sandra Thomas of Arlington, TX; his father Reginald Thomas of Valdosta, GA and two sisters, Sonja Crittenden (Jerome) of Lancaster, TX and Dara Mack (Clay) of Desoto, TX. He had many nieces, nephews and cousins who will also miss him incredibly!
A Life Remembered Service: 2 p.m., Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 S. Bowen Rd., Arlington, TX 76016.
