I am just so heart sick right now. Dirk was a close friend of mine and my ex-husband back in the 80's. He was the best man at our wedding. We both loved him DEARLY. He had the biggest heart of almost anyone I knew. I have tried to locate him for years but all I knew was that he moved to Texas. I'm so sad that I won't get to talk to him again. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and frientds. I love you Dirk. Yvonne Caldwell Istvanko.

Dear Mark, and family; When you loose someone that you really love and care for there is such a void.I pray that you and Dirk's family can try to fill that void with sweet memories of times you spent with Dirk. We at Fedex that knew Dirk for year's will alway's miss him. Several year's ago he was my manager, and he was the BEST.I keep waiting for him to walk through with that cup in his hand and ALWAY'S with that sweet smile say;Good morning Diane. I will keep praying for you all.

Dirk and his husband and his family:

May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord Lift up his countenance upon you and be gracious unto you and give you piece.

To Mark and Mary Ann:

The Word says that the joy of the Lord is our strength. I pray that You would break up sadness and gloom in your life and fill it with Your joy until it overflows-the kind of joy that is unspeakable and full of glory. For our joy in You is truly our strength.

Dirk touched many people in his life.

He is loved and he will be missed.

We are here for you.

My prayers go out to Dirk and his family. He had a great heart and a beautiful smile. I remembered when he use to call me "Shanta" to make me smile! May the Lord be with you and God Bless.
