Emilia C. Cefaly entered into rest on August 13, 2016 at the age of 91 after a lengthy illness. She was born in a farmhouse in upstate New York. As a child, Emilia was nicknamed “Johnnie”. She became a secretary and stenographer. After moving to Texas, her favorite job was working as a day-care assistant. She enjoyed crocheting and taking long walks, collecting pennies that she would find along the way. Predeceased by her parents, one brother, two sisters and her husband, Peter. She is survived by daughter Cheryl (Billy), son Paul (Tammy) grandchildren, Darryl and Nicole, Great-grandchildren, Alexa and Brennyn, and several nieces and nephews.
