Gary was born in Queens, New York to parents Harry and Ruby Hoffmann. After a long career as an electrician, he retired in 2003 as a Crew Chief for American Airlines. In retirement, he enjoyed riding his bike at least 8 miles daily, doing home improvements and caring for his two dogs, Java and Tina, who were the joys of his life.
Gary is survived by his three children, two dogs and dear friends, Mo and Mitra Moghaddam.
Cremation arrangements are being handled by Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 S. Bowen Road, Arlington, Texas. There are no public services planned at this time.
