Herb was a respected and valued member of the Arbrook Retirement Community. In his quiet, unassuming way, he became friend and friend to all of us. He readily offered to serve on the Council and contributed with wise and thoughtful opinions. As much as we loved and respected Herb, we offer condolences to his family who has suffered a greater loss.
