Hughie J. Clifton passed away on June 18, 2014 visitation will be Friday, June 20, 2014, 5-7pm at Moore and Sons Funeral Chapel. Funeral service, Saturday, June 21, 2014, 11am, Moore and Sons Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Moore Memorial Gardens. Cliff was born Nov 3, 1932 in Denton County near Roanoke to Enda Morgan and Theodore Clifton. He served in the Navy during the Korean War, a long time business man in east Fort Worth. He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters Ida Bel Barg of CA and Doris Reynolds of Fort Worth. Those left to cherish his memory are beloved wife Carolyn Ellis Clifton, daughter Christy C. Maclean (Pete), Son Hughie Jr. "Bubba", (Carolyn T.) granddaughters Delana Maclean, Kelsy Clifton, grandson Hughie III "Bo", great-grandson Ryan Maclean-Soda, brother-in-law Bill Reynolds, sister-in-laws Laurel Ann Bayas Ellis and Inez Ellis Mackie, 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
