Jack was a special man and no one ever doubted his love for the Lord and his family. Evidence of this is the attentive way he cared for Jo in keeping with the vows he took. An example for all husbands.
May the God of all Comfort be with his wife and family now and always.

I didn't know Mr. Lowry, but wish I had. Our paths crossed just the one time. I have thought about him constantly over the last week. Every time I slow down, even for a second, he pops in my head. I am positive he was greatly loved by his friends and his family, that he matters greatly to you all. I just wanted to let you know he matters to others, as well. He matters to me. I will never forget you, Jack. I wish you peace and tranquility.

Mr. Jack will be missed by so many friends and family. He was a true Southern gentlemen. He was a wonderful Christian man that showed kindness to everyone. He loved to play golf with his YCC buddies. He was still competitive even into his eighties, but a lot of fun. We also remember how much he loved sweets. He always had to have a dessert and if that wasn't enough, he would sprinkle Sweet-n-Low over his food before he ate his meal. But our fondest memory is how much Mr. Jack loved Ms. Jo and was very attentive to her needs.

May the Lord comfort you during your time of sorrow. We will continue to keep the family in our thoughts and prayers.

In Christ,

A man who loved the LORD. I am a better person today for having Jack as s friend. The many fishing and golf, outings we had, it didn’t matter if we caught few fish or had bad scores....it was always good fun. Eating out was a ritual, because Jack was always hungry. We had the best of times. Love you. God Bless. 🙏

Jack & I always had a good time hunting with Bill Bryce Williamson in Water Valley. Jack and I really enjoyed the Dove Hunts that we would put on every year. He would always keep me informed after I put out wheat, when the birds showed up. Last I spoke with him was in September after opening day of Dove season. I told him he didn't miss anything, the birds barley showed up. I will miss him.
