On Saturday, July 7th, 2018 Jacquelynn “Jacque” Farrell Langford passed away suddenly at the age of 51.

Jacque was born on November 19, 1966 in Amityville Long Island, New York to Donald and Judith Ann Farrell. After coming to the Lone Star State in 1973, she grew to be a proud Texan. She graduated from Muenster Public High School in 1985 where she was head majorette. She attained an associate degree from Cook County College and a dental hygienist certification from Grayson County College. Jacque then became a Rangerette at Kilgore College and discovered her love of traveling. She was a corporate travel coordinator for 17 years.

During that time, she met the love of her life, Greg Langford. Jacque and Greg were married on February 22, 2003, which began 15 years of adventures. Jacque quickly stepped into the Mom role with Greg’s two children. She was devoted to making sure they were well taken care of.

Jacque and Greg traveled the world. She had an instant love for Cabo San Lucas and visited as often as possible. From Turkey to Tahiti, and everywhere in between, she never met a stranger. She thrived on all that is alive, animals, plants and people. Jacque possessed a unique ability to love everyone from all walks of life and everyone loved her.

Jacque is survived by her parents, Donald and Judith Ann Farrell, husband Greg Langford, stepchildren Douglas and Kristin, brother Scott and wife Dana, nephew Samuel, adopted grandmother Myrt Denham, uncle Wayne Dick, numerous cousins and her beloved Redhead Family.

We are both so shocked and saddened by Jacque's sudden loss. We met Jacque through the Redhead family. She was one-of-a-kind and always so happy to be with her friends and at a Sammy concert. She never met a stranger, inviting anyone to join in on the fun. I enjoyed hearing about her travel stories and I remember how excited she was when her nephew was born. She will be missed by so many as we will miss her too, she was a special person. Our deepest sympathy to Greg, Kristen, Doug, Jacque's parents and her brother and his family.

Dear Jacquie, our heart aches for you, Greg and your family. I am so glad for our visit last fall. You were always so welcoming at a moment's notice when we passed through Dallas. I'm still in shock over your premature passing. God bless you. RIP dear girl. Love you.

What a beautiful light that has been taken before we were ready. Us left here to remember her will miss her and keep her light within us. The love she shared with us all will continue because of her love. It was a honor to be held by her and the embrace will be missed most by Greg, Their piece of heaven on earth was anywhere they were together. She loved fully, never met a stranger, and her soul was refreshed in sand and sea. Smiles were broad, sincere, and ever present. Her wings were spread and she has flown, too soon for us. We will miss you Jacque; you will never be forgotten. Love, Mary and Chris Peck
Our sincere condolences to the family and friends.

Jacque’s larger than life personality, bright red nails and smiling face are unforgettable. The first time I met her we met as strangers and we left as family. She never failed to put a smile on everyone’s face, and make you feel loved. I could listen to stories of her adventures for days. Her caring heart touched so many. I’ll miss bonding with her over our love of carbs, and the need of year round summer time. I can picture Jacque in Paradise now, sun kissed with her toes in the water watching over us.

Marcia and I met Greg and Jacque at our 1st Kenny Chesney Concert and became best of friends....we have traveled to New Orleans with them and have stayed multiple times at their house as they have always made us feel right at home. Jacque was the life of every party she went to and just had a zest for life. I love and miss you dearly. Heaven gained a beautiful high over all your friends.

Sweet Jacque~
I’ve thought about you everyday. It makes me so sad that that’s what someone suddenly leaving your life does, instead of while they are still here.. just a precious call or text away. With a heart as big as the Texas that you loved, I’ll miss your smile, your joy, your lust for life. You were one of the first Redheads Dan and I ever met. You were sitting on the floor in the hot, sweaty, anticipation-filled Cantina in Cabo. Your back was resting against the stage. Wherever you were, a party was sure to follow. I love you. We all love you. Blessed Be sweet girl. XOX
