Mark was my little brother that i never had. I remember when his family moved in next door to me on Pepper Lane. I was like "poo,a boy " never realizing he would become one of my best friends for life and my little brother. We had so many fun times ,i cant tell them all. I loved him soooo much. We would raid his brother Doug's Archway truck , swim in his pool where he would stick his foot up showing his 2 toes and go "Peace Man". ( he had lost 3 toes to a mowing accident). Loved his little theater and looking for cokes in his house. 6 kids hiding food and drinks in the house was hilarious.Me being a only child, i didn't get it. HA!! We would ask my mom what was for supper and then go ask his mom what she was fixing and then we would decide what we wanted to eat. This was almost every night. I remember our parents took us to St Louis for a weekend. We went up in the Arch (first and last time for me). our parents went out and left us there in the hotel rooms. Next thing i know Mark is calling me and he was standing up on the back of the toilet doing something to the ceiling. .Well, he ended up breaking the toilet. i don't think our parents ever knew that cause we didn't tell them cause they would've had to pay for it. This is just a few stories . There were a bunch more . Never ending fun!!! I love and miss you Mark. Fly high and free my Brother. !!!! Jenna Lynn Shather

I grew up hanging out on Pepper Lane and Jenna Lynn is a close friend--which meant I was at Mark's parties, watching movies in his little "theater," swimming in his pool, you name it all the time. He always made me laugh so much. Jenna and Todd have kept me up on his life. Sending prayers, love and genuine thanks for all the fun we had in younger days. Lulu from The Pepper Lane Gang.

You were not just a cousin to me. I love you more than my own brothers. You were such a kind loving supportive man. I am sorry the years and the miles seperated us but I never stopped missing you! Love ya Cuz!
