Cremation arrangements are being handled by Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 S. Bowen Road, Arlington, Texas.
The family is planning a Celebration of Jerry's life at a later date.

Jerry was a native Texan, born in Fort Worth. He was in a rewarding career as a Construction Superintendent and retired from the business 12 years ago. After retirement, Jerry did what he loved best, watching old westerns.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and his 5 siblings.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Shari; children, Greg Rose (Colette), Heather Hatfield Fulton, Michael Chad Hatfield, and Robin Hatfield DeWees; 7 grandchildren; sisters, Judy Hatfield Chappell and Ellen Hatfield Bell; and at 102 years old, his mother-in-law, Ellie Tetzlaff. He is also survived by his lifelong friend, Joe Cronin.
