Judith Anne Kreitner

Judith Anne Kreitner, age 80, went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on the 6th of March 2021 in Mansfield, Texas. Judith was born November 4, 1940, in Niagara Falls, New York. She moved to Richland Hills, Texas, with her family as a young girl. Judy Kreitner was a faithful member of Covenant United Methodist Church. Her voice could be heard every Sunday as she sang in the church choir. She lived deeply rooted in her faith and lived out the commands of Jesus well. She loved others above herself. She made friends everywhere she went and was loved by many. Judy was passionate about one thing, “Discover God’s Call”. She was the Central Texas Conference UMC Chairperson for the “Discover God’s Call” organization that helped countless numbers of people identify their spiritual gifts and discover God’s call for their life. She was a leader in her community and lived selflessly. She did not always have an easy life, but she found comfort and strength through her faith. She had a contagious smile and infectious laughter. She carried peace with her that brought comfort to others. She is survived by her sister Jan, her three children, Rebecca, Richard, and Russell, her daughter-in-law Traci, her four grandchildren, Nicole, Bradley, Benjamenn, and Dyllan, and her granddaughters-in-law, Cleria and Dester, and her eight great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be held Monday, March 15, at 3:00 pm at Covenant United Methodist Church at 3608 Matlock Road. Arlington, TX 76015. If you would like to send flowers, please send them to the address above.

There will be no reception after the service due to the ongoing COVID pandemic.
