Karen A. Thompson (Wife, Mother, “Nana,” Friend ), 68, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017. Karen was born December 7, 1948 in Springfield Massachusetts. She moved to Arlington, TX in 1982. She was a collector of penguins, an avid reader, loved Christmas and creating personalized ornaments for each of her loved ones. She enjoyed shopping and rooting for the New England Patriots, most of all she loved her family..
Karen is preceded in rest by her father Raymond Martin, mother Dorothy Martin, and brother Raymond Martin.
She is survived by her husband George Thompson, Daughters Jodi Campos; husband Tony, Kimberly Curtis; husband Timothy, AnneMarie Lougee; husband Richie, and Lori Martin. Ten grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Her funeral service will be held Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home.
