OBITUARY
Lillian Jane Alexander
December 22, 1932 – July 13, 2013
Lillian Alexander was born on December 22, 1932 in Phoenix, AZ. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 13, 2013.
She met her loving husband of 63 years while he was stationed in Phoenix, AZ. They married soon after they met and started a family immediately. She was a loving mother and grandmother of five children and 5 grandchildren. She was a consummate mother and homemaker dedicated, involved and loving. Lillian was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends.
She had an unwavering faith in God and she took every opportunity to ensure that her children were exposed to the word of God and the Christian faith. In addition, she practiced her faith through her willingness to assist friends and neighbors during their times of difficulty.
She was employed with the Arlington Independent School District cafeteria as a baker for 23 years. She immensely enjoyed this challenge and opportunity to apply her love for baking to such a large number of children. She is survived by her husband, Jessie Howard, her four children and five grandchildren

When I think of my Aunt Lillian, I remember her delicious divinity that she made every year at Christmas and the many Christmases that our families came together to celebrate. She will be missed. Brenda Alexander Salazar
