Manuel’s life was marked by steady devotion—to his faith, to the people he loved, and to the everyday interests that brought him genuine joy. A devoted Christian and a member of Grace Community Church, he carried his beliefs with quiet constancy and a sincere spirit.
Manuel graduated Archbold High School and worked at Uhaul in storage unit maintenance, where he contributed through dependable, hands-on work. Outside of work, he found happiness in the worlds that captured his imagination: gaming, books, and anime shows, along with a love of theater, movies, and musicals. He also enjoyed cooking shows and The Amazing Race, taking pleasure in the stories, creativity, and shared moments they offered. Above all, Manuel’s affection for his dogs, Kitty and Peanut, reflected the warmth he gave so naturally.
Manuel is survived by his mother, Sophia Sanchez; his father, Silvester Rodriguez III; and his stepmother, Stormy H. Spraberry-Rodriguez. He is also survived by his brothers, Silvester Rodriguez IV and Raymond M. Rodriguez; and his stepbrother, Gary A. Davis. He is survived by his grandparents, Silvester & Geraldine Rodriguez; and his step grandparent, Gary Spraberry.
He is also survived by his aunt, Monica Skolink; his uncle and aunt, Raymond & Pearl Rodriguez; his aunt, Donna Bentancur; his uncle, Daniel Bentaner; and his uncle and aunt, Joseph & Ashlee Sanchez. He is survived by his cousins, Clifford Rodriguez and Lacinda Skolink. He is survived by his nephew, Malakai Rodriguez, and Malakai’s mom, Alexa Hall.
Manuel is also survived by his long time friend, Kathryn Tekell, and by his girlfriend, the love of his life, Jennie Pearson.
