ARLINGTON- Max Lance Hatcher, 73, died Thursday, April 12, 2012 peacefully at his home in Arlington. TX. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, April 17 at 11 AM at Moore Bowen Funeral Home, 4216 S. Bowen Road in Arlington. Lance Hatcher was born November 14, 1938 in Pleasanton, Iowa, the son of Lee and Maxine Hatcher. He served admirably in the Air Force from 1956 thru 1960. His incredible drive and work ethic enabled him to be successful in several positions during his career in the logistics field. He had a passion for NASCAR where he owned and operated “First Lap Racing” memorabilia in Arlington, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Lynne, of 36 years; three sons, Marc Johnson and his wife, Teresa, Kerry Hatcher, and Kraig Hatcher; two daughters, Stacy Lukins and her husband, Kevin, and Kelly Johnson; ten grandchildren; and five great grandchildren also blessed his life. He will be missed by all.

Lance was a great brother and will be missed greatly.I am so glad to be able to meet Stacy and Mark and their families. Lynn you will always be in our hearts and on our minds God bless.
