I worked with Norilisse at Mansfield PD for nearly three years. Oh the laughs we shared. Norilisse and I were always making each other laugh. She was just the sweetest. I wish I could share the stories. Like when we got lost in Kaufman Co. trying to go to a Dispatcher training class. That was an adventure. Although we hadn't spoken in years sometimes it still feels like yesterday. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers to the family and both PD families. #RIH

I did not personally know Nori but I do know she is family. Having served in Communications 911 for 23 yrs I feel blessed to call her family. I wished I would have gotten to meet her after reading so many kind words written by her previous colleagues. I'm so sorry for our loss but Heaven's gain. Thank you Nori for your many years of dedicated service in Public Safety. Rest on High, we will see you soon...

Norilisse and I only worked together for five years but in that time, she left a lasting impression. She was such a kind and gentle person and often a breath of fresh, calm air in what was usually a high stress environment. My heart absolutely breaks for her family, friends and co-workers. You all are in my prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

I just want to tell the family, that I am so sorry about the loss you are experiencing right now. Nori was such a sweet soul. I had the honor to work with her some 13 years at Mansfield PD. She was a genuinely great person, and touched so many lives. She will be missed tremendously by all that knew her. My sincere prayers and love go out to the family. I pray for peace and comfort for you all. Lean on one another for the strength and comfort you will need. God bless you all.
Nori, fly high...your earthly travels have ended, your eternal walk has now begun. You will forever be in our hearts.
