Norma was born in Pulaski, Virginia and had lived in Arlington since 1994. She worked at AISD Transportation Department for many years.
Survivors: Loving husband of 28 years, Clifton; daughter, Melissa; sons, James and Edward; grandchildren, Nevaeh and Adrianna; mother, Maria; and father, Carl.
