Patricia Sue Banning

Patricia married Odis Banning on June 10, 1956, in Forrest City, Arkansas. She was raised in the Church of Christ and enjoyed painting, ceramics, and woodworking. Patricia and Odis shared 29 years together. She was a proud military wife and a devoted mother. As she often believed, God is never early and never late, but always on time, acting with wisdom, love, and purpose. Today, He called her home. Thank you, Lord, for the blessing of my beautiful mom.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Odis Banning; her son, Mark Banning; and her three brothers, Donald Ray Jones, Harry Jones, and Paul Jones.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Fitzgerald (Joe) of Mansfield, Texas; her granddaughter, Patricia Fitzgerald-Kelly (Will) of Oklahoma; and Raymond Fitzgerald of Mansfield, Texas. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren: Odis, Isaiah, Opal, Willis, Ezra, Pearl, Ruby, and Reuben. Additionally, she leaves behind three nieces, Barbara (Hal), Lori (Tim), and Vicki, all of Arkansas.
