Philip Wayne Blair
September 16, 1941 – February 3, 2021
Philip Wayne Blair, age 79, of Arlington, Texas passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021. Philip was born September 16, 1941 in Liberty, Texas the son of Raymond Blair and Victoria Blair. Philip married Ingrid Gawronski and she precedes him in death.
Philip proudly retired as Chief Warrant Officer 3 from the US Army after 20 years of service in the Vietnam War and Cold War. He received his BS degree from American Technical University and later appointed director of the loss prevention department at Radio Shack.
Philip is survived by his companion Mary Abrego; brothers George Blair and Charles Ray Blair. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ingrid, brother Raymond Blair, and sisters Katy Bruce and Betty Jo McGoldrick.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 12:30 PM at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas.

Philip was alot of things to me best friend, a shoulder to lean on, a helping hand when needed. He was the most kindess and loving person that I have known. Rest love we will ride again in heaven. Prayers to his brother and nieces. He will be waiting for us at the pearly gate.
