Raymond was born on September 20, 1943, in Rochester, New York to Anthony Nicholas Chinappi and Olympia Viola Chinappi. After high school, he served in the United States Army. He made a career as a carpenter after separating from the military service.
Predeceased by: brother, Anthony, sister-in-law, Judy, niece, Renee.
Survived by: wife and companion of nearly 50 years, Nancy; Children: Brian (Aida), Cindy, Tammy (Glenn) McCarthy; Grandsons: Alex, Aaron, Jacob; Sister: Helen (Jim) Arnold; Nieces and Nephews.
His ashes were buried in family plot at Holy Sepulchre in Rochester, NY.
