Rich was born on June 5, 1940 to Raymond and Mary Bay in Honolulu, HI. He served in the U.S Navy from 1958-1962, then served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963-1971, Rich served our country during the Vietnam war. He had a passion for sports cars, cocker spaniels, and most importantly being a grandpa, to his only two granddaughters. He was a hard worker, Rich just celebrated his 22 year with the U.S. Postal Service.
Rich is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Only son Rick Bay and his wife Kim who he considered his daughter; granddaughters: Kayla and Mackenzie Bay along with a host of friends.
