Rudolph Cortez Jr.

Rudy was born to Felisa Hernandez and Rudolph Cortez, Sr. on August 24, 1952. After attending high school, Rudy spent some time in the U.S. Army, then returned home to his family.

Mr. Cortez is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Paula, his mother, Felisa Hernandez, five brothers and their families; Ralph, Phillip, Richard, Vincent, and Porfirio, three sisters and their families; Conception, Betty, Alma, four children and their families; Rudolph, Cheri, Tommy, Chris, as well as ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Rudy joined his father, Rudolph, and his brother, Evanesto, "Tiny", in entering Heaven singing his special tune.

For all of us whom he loved and touched deeply, please join us in celebrating his life Saturday, February 1st, 2025, around 3:00 PM at New Beginnings Church, 682 Cordes Drive, Venus, TX 76084.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at the service to his wife, Paula Osteen.
