Thomas Shaun Tulley, 62, of Mansfield, Texas, passed away on September 20, 2026. He was born on April 19, 1964, in Cumberland, Maryland, to his parents, Thomas W. and Ardyce Tulley. He married Marimil M. Tulley on March 15, 1989, and together they built a life grounded in devotion, steadfast commitment, and enduring love.
Thomas “Tom” served his country with distinction, dedicating 12 and a half years to the U.S. Navy and attaining the rank of Gunners Mate Chief. His strong sense of duty continued beyond military service through 14 years with the Federal Railroad Administration, followed by work in the private rail industry—years marked by reliability, professionalism, and pride in honest work. Tom was also a member of K of C.
In addition to his service and career, Tom found meaning and enjoyment in the pursuits that made a home feel truly lived in. His passion for music, his steady interest in home improvement projects, and his enthusiasm for motorcycle sports reflected a life engaged with both craft and enjoyment—always with an eye toward what could be built, improved, or appreciated.
Tom is survived by his wife, Marimil M. Tulley; his sons, Joshua C.M. Tulley and Jacob Z.M. Tulley; his daughter-in-law, Olivia Caprizzi; and his sister, Candyce Marcantoni.
