

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Moore Funeral Home Chapel, 4216 S. Bowen Road. As a Vietnam Veteran, Bill will be placed to rest at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Moore Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to the Muscular Dystrophy Association at www.mdausa.org or to the Vietnam Veterans Association at www.vva.org.
He was born December 7, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of William Charles Kline Sr. and Lavern Meyer Kline. Bill grew up in St. Louis. After graduating from O’Fallon Technical High School,he served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Upon returning home to St. Louis, Bill worked a variety of jobs at the GM Assembly Plant, Monday Security Company, and BJC Health Services. Bill loved his family, wood working, working on cars, riding motorcycles, and barbequing. Bill always said “I’ve spent the first 50 years of my life in St. Louis, and I am going to spend the next 50 years in Texas”. Bill loved Texas after relocating to Arlington in 1997 with his family. He is preceded in death by two son-in-laws, Luc Cowley and Kevin Foster.
He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 1013 in Grand Prairie. Bill was a loving father, grandfather, brother-in-law, cousin, and friend. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Bill is survived by his wife of 47 years, Marianne; one son, William Kline; two daughters, Kimberly Anne Foster and Jennifer Dyan Jaspering; four grandchildren, Melanie Dawn Foster, Tara Nicole Foster, Aaron Michael Jaspering, and Aiden Jacob Adame.
